Cendrine Tremblay

Meet Superstar Silver Linings volunteer, Cendrine, organization founder, board chair and kick boxing champion! Cendrine started kick boxing when her daughter was diagnosed with an eating disorder. She says that it helps her manage stress and that it keeps you “in the moment” or you’ll take a hit. When Cendrine is not in the ring pounding out her stress, she is working to develop her desired superpower of reading people’s minds!

If Cendrine was granted a wish from a genie, it would be “to help clients and their families with a fully-funded, fully-staffed, world class residential treatment centre for eating disorders in Alberta.”
