About #90KSteps
On April 30th 2016, a group of friends and supporters of Calgary Silver Linings Foundation completed a 15-hour, 74km "Rim 2 Rim 2 Rim" Ultramarathon through rain, snow and hail to help fund the first residential eating disorder treatment facility in Southern Alberta.
With generous support of our donors, over $75,000 was raised! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who donated. Your phenomenal support is a giant step towards establishing Alberta’s first residential treatment centre for eating disorders.

The Objective
Our mission is to address gaps in current care for eating disorders in Southern Alberta and the lack of a treatment facility is a major one.
The need and demand for such a treatment facility is high. Currently, parents whose children require residential treatment are forced to either forgo such treatment due to the lack of a local centre, or pay thousands of dollars to go to the U.S. - an option that is simply not possible for many families.
