Monday through Thursday programs, with occasional Saturday workshops.

Multi-week groups that explore recovery more deeply
in a supportive setting. Build your support network, develop new coping skills and strengthen your recovery in a safe environment.

Body Image & Self Compassion
Programs focused on improving the relationship to your body
and fostering greater self-acceptance.
Skills Based Approaches
