ARFID Support for Eating Disorders

Our ARFID Focus programs and specifically designed to support individuals struggling with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. All of our ARFID workshops and support groups are led by an experienced facilitator. We provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to connect with others facing similar challenges, whether or not you have an official ARFID diagnosis. Through our programs participants will gain a deeper understanding of what ARFID is—and what it is not—while learning about the four types of ARFID, the factors that maintain the disorder, and actionable steps toward recovery. We also offer programs for Caregivers, who may be supporting a child or loved one struggling with ARFID.
