Binge Eating Workshops
Binge eating is one of the most common eating disorders, yet many people who struggle with it don’t realize it is an eating disorder. After all, aren’t eating disorders just for “skinny” people? That harmful stereotype keeps too many people from getting the support they deserve.
For years, those experiencing binge eating—especially in larger bodies—have been steered toward weight loss programs. But focusing on dieting, food restriction, or intense exercise often makes things worse. These approaches can increase shame and disconnection from your body, rather than helping you understand and heal the root causes of your behaviour.
Our workshops offer compassionate space to explore the why behind your eating patterns—not just the what. You’ll learn about the emotional and psychological factors that drive binge eating, and discover supportive tools to begin breaking the cycle with care, not control.
Our workshops are open to anyone who needs this type of support.
No diagnosis required.
No cost to attend.
