Body Image Workshop

Making Peace With Our Bodies

Body image struggles are deeply personal—but unfortunately, very common. In a culture obsessed with appearance, it’s easy to believe your worth is tied to how you look. Healing your relationship with your body takes conscious effort, but it can open the door to greater mental, emotional, and physical freedom. It starts with challenging harmful messages and learning new, more compassionate ways of relating to yourself.

This two-hour workshop examines the impact of diet culture on body image, eating behaviors, and self-worth. Together, we’ll explore the connection between thoughts and emotions—and how understanding this relationship can be a key step toward healing. You’ll be introduced to tools that support reconnection with your body, rebuilding trust, and shifting from control to care and self-compassion. Recovery from body image struggles isn't about fixing your body; it's about challenging the culture that taught you to mistrust it.

Open to ANYONE struggling with body image issues.

No diagnosis required. No cost to attend.
